Still interesting, but i see problem in this case with non-compliant civs. I think you get penalty for punching civilians ("injured hostage" message)?
That will be neccessary when going full lethal, though.

Our expansion servers don't count hostage punches or any civ injured, just kills
only vanilla servers give a penalty if civs are injured.
