Bug on player report page

Hey,
i actually do have evidence in form of a screenshot.

Also a recruit has witnessed the situation, namely |SOG|deki

But this post wasn't meant to report the incident!

Hereby i report a bug in your "report a player" form (http://www.sog-team.co.uk/report/insert.php). A user can fill the form with all info - but one can't finish the report process (if you go a certain report path).
Because there is a verification box missing (see my first post and the pics there).

You first need to click the i have read and agree radio button at the top and then the human verification will show up as it works for me on chrome
