Bug on player report page

Well,
i cleared the browser cache and was able to submit the report now. Thanks Matt.

Not sure if the evidence made it through tho. It says "This entry has no evidence!", although i attached a picture when submitting.
But i guess they are displayed only after admin reviewal? In this case it should be good now.

@Matt Uploading evidence is indeed not working, maybe not pinpointin to teh right folder ?

Adding a evidence link does work though

There is still a problem with the image verification. I'm working on it and should have it resolved this evening.

I think that's causing the issues
