Ah, i see. Didn't try to join there yet...
So thanks for clearing things up Matt. Still interesting, but i see problem in this case with non-compliant civs. I think you get penalty for punching civilians ("injured hostage" message)? That will be neccessary when going full lethal, though.  Greetings
