It seems there's some confussing about adding status to report DB

Observe Closely (OC):
-------------------------
This status is for all violations where you can't get proof and witnesses or when a violator drops after one warning to let others know to observe the player the next time.

No Tolerance (NT):
---------------------
This status is when a violator continues to violate the rules when repeated warnings of admins You need to have atleast one know witness or at SA discretion to support your adding to DB as NT.

Kick On Sight (KOS):
-----------------------
This status is for more major offences like (Teamkill, continues ignoring the admin, disrespecting other players, Multi violations), this status always need proof, witnesses doesn't count as proof here, as we need to have to proof when the player appeals and denies.

Ban On Sight(BOS):
----------------------
This status is for highest offences only (Cheating,Tagsteal, continues racist comments, ...), This status always needs proof and atleast one witness before it can be added as ban on sight as most bans are forever and is not easily to appeal on it.

Your job as admin:

1. OC
   • Watch the player and give enough warnings where needed
   • Gather evidence if it continues so he's status can get upgraded to higher.
2. NT
   • Only warn him once and if he doesn't listen take action
   • Gather evidence at once, so he's status can get updated to KOS
3. KOS
   • You don't need to do anything here
4. BOS
   • You don't need to do anything here
