What's Your Favorite SWAT4 Kit?

Helmet, No Armor
Breaching Shotgun
UMP45, FMJ on Automatic
1911 JHP
Flash Bangs x3
CS x1
Door Wedge x1
If alone, I take C2 and drop the wedge to add an extra flash or gas.
I prefer to take lethal weapons, not because I'm happier killing Tangos, but because it's more challenging to manage your shoot/no shoot situations. Using less lethal takes out much of the fun because it can be used indiscriminately without fear of penalty.
Anyway, there's a glimpse into my "Random" Thoughts on kit selection.

I use similar reasoning myself. Though last night we went full less lethal just to try for a few 100s. (I think SpyInBlack has a screenshot of how that went )
My standard equipment for Co-op is this:
Primary: Silenced MP5 in burst mode
Secondary: Tazer
Tactical: 3x Flashbangs/CS Gas (depending on the map, I may vary the quantity of Flashes/CS), 1x Optiwand, 1x Door Wedge.
Breaching: C2 charge
Armour: Helmet/Gas mask (depending on the map), light armour.

Nice thread
Using Vip loadout as following
Mp5 SD
9mm FMJ
2 Stings
1 flash
1 gas
PepperSpray
Gasmask
Heavy armor
This kit is what I think works best for me as you can work from distance and at same time rush to vip
Recently got into coop mode and found my kit
M4 super shotgun with Buckshot
9mm with FMJ
3 flash
PepperSpray
wedge/flash
Helmet
Heavy armor
Different kit compared to vip but since here you playing against AI that is not that smart, but sometimes have quicker reaction to shoot. Ill better go with headprotection and flashes to blind them while clearing rooms. As flash works against any AI in this game. SemiAutomatic shotgun is so effective that I fell in love with it

What he said. ^
I use that also to manage the difficulty. So if I'm playing alone, I'll generally be more inclined to use a LTL primary and a lethal secondary. If I have teammates though, I prefer the 9mm (non-silenced) and a taser secondary.
I usually bring an OptiWand and four grenades of either flash or CS. I might bring the occasional wedge.
I never (unless ordered) bring stinger grenades or pepperspray. Like with your "hmmm-tactics" I dislike pepperspray in part for making some situations too easy, but then also because I feel it's an odd move to make. Entering a building with armed suspects, armed with guns that you've drawn and made ready. Then randomly switch to a fairly soft type of force for no apparent reason, knowing in full that half the building is still filled with armed suspects that could walk through the door at any moment.

I'm almost always the fatty with heavy damage output.
In coop, I'm able to take hits and increase my options for making an arrest instead of having no choice and shoot to kill (although, if I have to, I will take out suspects with deadly precision).
In PVP, the damage absorption allows me to counter-attack and eliminate opponents even if they get the first shot. The lowered movement speed does limit some tactical options I have in the field, but that just means I have to plan ahead a bit more and consider my positioning carefully.
In COOP, I bring a varied set of tactical gear, while in PVP I prefer some more utility to throw at my enemies. (Of course, in COOP I adapt to whatever tactic we're discussing as a team, but this is my preferred kit.)
You'll notice that even in PVP, I'll always bring a non-leathal weapon. After all, even if a bullet is a perfectly acceptable solution, it is just so much more fun to actually arrest your opponents, knowing they have to just sit there and watch it happen, feeling utterly defeated.
For
COOP:
Colt M4A1 Carbine, either
FMJ or
JHP based on whether mission briefing indicates armoured suspects.
Taser Stun Gun
2x
Flashbang, 1x
Pepper Spray, 1x
Door Wedge, 1x
Optiwand
C2 Explosives
Helmet &
Heavy Armor
For
PVP:
Colt M4A1 Carbine, either
FMJ or
JHP based on expected armor on opponents.
Taser Stun Gun
2x
Flashbang, 2x
Stinger, 1x
Pepper Spray
C2 Explosives
Helmet &
Heavy Armor
