Page Display Survey

Hi folks

I am having a few reports of page display issues now the live servers viewer is on the site pages. Please see below picture of what the page SHOULD look like.

Does anyone NOT see it correctly? E..g overlapping etc

It dousnt display correctly on my surface pro, pc works fine atleast before my vacation

Can everyone experiencing issues with the live viewer check again? I have moved the main page over a little more. Is it better?
